How cold is it in Canada?

In winter, it gets so cold in Canada that our cat, Cricket, waits for the furnace to kick on and then sits on the vent to warm her feet. Every day. For six months! Poor cat!

Isn't she gorgeous, though?

This is one clever and very cute cat. Of course you should get another one. You can never have enough cats. :-)

BTW I've 9 cats living with me. ;-)

Hi Cricket! So nice to meet you. Pumpy and I did indeed travel by plane to England and we were scared out of our minds. But now we love England. Seriously.

When might you come to England? You will like it here because there are lots of birds and beautiful gardens.

love, Pearl

Cricket is adorable! I love reading about the royals too. But I agree that they should let Di rest in peace. Thanks for visiting my blog :)

Hi again Cricket.

Here's the scoop on coming to England. You either have to get a Pet Passport prior to coming here or else you have to be quarantined for 6 months. The pet passport scheme is a better optiion. I'm pretty sure Pumpy and I would have suffered greatly in quarantine and some animals even die (of stress and heartbreak).

You will have to travel in the hold of the plane in a crate and you won't be able to use the litter for that time but believe it or not, you can get through that.

Here's the woman's email address:

you should write to her for further info.

Cats know all the best places. My mum used to have a cat that slept in the oven in he range they had in the kitchen back then.
